How do I order online?

Navigate through the categories or use the search box and type in what you are looking for. Click on the "add to cart" button next to the product and it will add it to your shopping cart...if you require multiple quantities type in the quantity required.. When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout"..and you will be given the option to pay via Paypal,cheque,postal order etc... You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you have any order problems, please go to Contact page and send us a message.

Does this part fit my guitar?

Contact us with specification and dimensions required and we will check for you.

I cannot find the part I am looking for?

I've placed an order and it's out of stock?

If you place an order and it's out of stock we will have to order from our wholesalers..this can take upto 28 days for delivery..we will contact you with the option to leave on back order or offer a full refund immediatly.

Do you offer returns/refunds?

You have the right to cancel and request a refund of the purchase you have made as long as the request is submitted within 7 working days. The returned goods must be in a resaleable state and should be returned with their original packing and accessories. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued. Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, the buyer will be liable for the cost of the return postage.
